Vacature: Table Design Consultant ( Branch of RAK Ceramic)
Location: Jumeirah Lakes
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Contractbasis: fulltime or might be ½ or ¾ time contract. The following timings  10.00 – 15.00 needs to be covered.
Salary: To be negotiated (Depending on the background of the candidate and the weekly working hours).
Tasks:

1)  To advice and consult the clients on the newest trends of table decoration and different ways of using tableware in order to give added value to the served dishes and to the atmosphere of a the restaurant or the outlet. 

2)   To use the consulting aspect as a selling point

3)  To present the different existing products to the clients.

4)  To show them the newest products.

5)  To visit regularly specific contacts in order to create a long-term relation with them, based on trust and accurate advices.

6)   To be the intermediary person between the sales representatives and the clients.

The Table Design Consultant is expected to work indepently and able to fullfill the following extra tasks:

-          To send out quotations.

-          To do the follow up.

-       To  communicate effectively with the decision maker e.g. F&B Manager, Hotel Manager, Restaurant Manager, Purchasing Manager.

Preferable Professional Background:

-  Hotel & catering or design

- used to the type of relation to the hotel & catering industry

Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, creative, rigorous regarding the sales administration part, able to understand the needs of the clients and to give the appropriate advice in terms of operational and design matters, able to communicate her enthusiasm regarding newest trends in table decoration, able to give added value to the image of the company

Miscellaneous:

 -     Might need to travel from time to time within the UAE in order to represent the GM when he is unavailable (especially to Abu Dhabi).

-          Ideally a woman, in order to balance the different profiles already in the company and bring a feminine touch
